Canadians are loving Black Friday. This infographic shows how Canadians from coast to coast are taking advantage of big savings on Black Friday. It is estimated that 30% of Canadian adults purchased in 2016. According to Retail Insider, 30% of almost 2,000 Canadian adult shoppers bought something at a Black Friday sale. Nowadays shopping online is the big trend as being very convenient so you should go online and skip the line. According to the numbers, online purchasing continues to grow as Canadians prefer the convenience of shopping online. In contrast, in-store browsing or purchasing declined from 73% to 48%. The infographic informs that 81% percent of all purchases were from a Canadian retailer, up 5% from 2015; and 52% of Canadians believe it's important to support Canadian retailers.
