Food Allergies: A Worrying Picture

This health infographic illustrates upon the fact that food could be allergic for some and commonly people are unaware of that and they tend to consume what their appetite inclines them to without keeping an eye on their internal metabolic activities that could get them allergic as a result prolonged illness. In 2007, approximately 3 million children under age 18 years were reported to have a food or digestive allergy in the previous 12 months. Each year in the U.S., it is estimated that anaphylaxis caused by food allergies results in between 100 and 200 deaths. These deaths can be sudden, sometimes occurring within minutes.
