This data was collected from a study run to find the elements of business success that informed the structure of the StoryVesting business framework.
In the course of the study, it was found that people in managing job positions were referred to employees in job positions below or equal to their own as examples of success.
It was also found that a majority of business people ranked "vision" as being the number one aspect of business success. People also ranked passion as the most important consideration among individuals when hiring.
