An epidemic of plagiarism absorbs more than 80 universities. In 2009 recorded 17 000 cases, and this is only the most serious. Then what to speak of minor academic violations? Abroad there is a violation of the following: students buy other people's work, cheating on tests, give wrong references etc.
In this infographic, some countries are listed and their measures to fight against plagiarism. For example, the Ministry of Education in China requires all universities to have software for checking doctoral and master's degree diplomas for plagiarism. A similar policy was adopted by all universities in Slovakia under the pressure of the Ministry of Education. In 2015 the government obliged all state-owned universities to use an anti-plagiarism system.
